Services Provided

Ready Set Journey provides custom travel itinerary planning services. Our services include:

• Personalized day-by-day travel itineraries
• Destination research and recommendations
• Activity, restaurant, and accommodation suggestions
• Practical travel tips and logistics guidance

We do not: Book travel, accommodations, or activities on your behalf. All bookings are your responsibility.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change
• Payment is required before we begin work on your itinerary
• We accept payment through our secure payment processor

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver itineraries within the timeframes specified on our website (typically 5-7 business days for standard plans). However, delivery times may vary based on trip complexity and current demand.

Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Custom Itinerary ($199): One round of revisions
• Premium Planning ($399): Two rounds of revisions

Additional revisions may be available for an extra fee.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your itinerary. If we are unable to deliver an itinerary that meets your needs after revisions, we will provide a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your final itinerary.

Refunds are not available for change of mind after work has begun.

Disclaimer

Our itineraries are provided as recommendations based on research and expertise. However:

• Business hours, prices, and availability at recommended venues may change
• Weather, local events, and other factors may affect your plans
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party services
• Travel inherently involves risks that are beyond our control

We recommend confirming reservations and checking current information before your trip.

Limitation of Liability

Ready Set Journey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

The itinerary we create for you is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our itineraries without permission. All other content on our website remains the property of Ready Set Journey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
